Summer Time Is Here!

Well, it's been a great summer so far....We've gone to Lubbock to visit Jen and Jamie Reynolds, we've gone to the Renaissance Festival, Alex and I went and saw the group Tower of Power with my parents, we had a wonderful Fourth of July barbeque with our friends from church, we've been hiking in Manitou Springs and so much more!

In a couple of weeks we are going to see the Broadway musical Chitty Bang Bang for my mom's birthday and in August Alex's mom is coming out for a visit! We are planning on riding the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak and letting her play with her grandbaby!
Eva is growing so fast! She will be 8 months on the 25th of July. She is now rolling EVERYWHERE! She able to sit up some by herself, but still needs Mommy or Daddy close by to catch her if she falls over. She is saying Da Da and Ma Ma, Blah Blah, and all those other cute baby words:)
ENJOY THE PICTURES!

Do they look alike, or what ?!

Cutie Pa-Tootie!

Well Spring has finally sprung here in Colorado! I was beginning to wonder if it would ever get warm! My tulips are in full bloom and the weather is nice and toasty!

Eva is 5 1/2 months and she is such a good baby! She is officially rolling over from her back to her front. So I spend a lot of my day flipping her onto her back when she gets tired of being on her tummy.

At the end of April, her Abuelito (Alex's Dad) flew in from Puerto Rico and got to meet Eva for the first time. We went to the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods and the Flying W Ranch to have a good ol' chuchwagon dinner and listen to some cowboy music. He got the full Colorado experience :)

Enjoy the pictures!

It's Been A Long Time!

I'm finally back to post again! Eva will be 5 months in a week, and her daddy and I couldn't be more proud of our little girl! Some of her favorite things are....

*Smiling when she first wakes up in the morning
*Giggling :)

*Playing with her toes

*Pulling her socks off of her feet

*Putting anything and everything into her mouth

*Playing airplane

*Eating rice cereal, bananas, pears, green beans, carrots, and applesauce

*Grabbing Mommy's hair and Daddy's glasses...OUCH!

Eva and I took our trip to Florida a couple months ago and she got to meet her aunts, uncle, Grandma Maria, and Grandpa Mark for the first time. There are some pictures of her Grandma Maria (Alex's mom) holding her. Next week her Grandpa Luis from Puerto Rico is flying in to see her!

Jennifer and Parker Reynolds came to visit a month ago and it was love at first sight for Parker and Eva :) Maybe they will get married someday.......It was great to see them and Jen's cute pregnant belly!

Hope you enjoy the pictures! She is growing into such a beautiful little girl with her daddy's lips and mommy's blue eyes and blonde hair. Everyday Alex and I thank God that she is healthy and part of our lives.

Eva's 2 Months on Sunday!!!!

Well it's been a long time since I've done a blog. I've been just a little bit busy with the new baby, but she's napping contentedly and I have a few minutes to post some new pictures. Some of the pictures are blurry because we got a new camera and I was just messing around with the settings, so please be patient and hopefully we will have some super cool pictures posted soon.

Eva is almost 2 months old! She is definitely more alert and can recognize Mommy and Daddy's voices and faces. She loves to sit in her bouncy seat, or lay on her back, but most of all she loves to be held. She is already practicing holding her head up and she's getting pretty good!

For all you Florida folks, Eva and I will be traveling there from February 5th-11th, so hopefully we will see you!
